Company scenery

Representative Tahara

Most of them are human resources who have been in the company for 2 to 3 years and are well-ventilated and flat. In addition, we have a good reputation for product making and operation, and we have realized services with high customer satisfaction and repeat rate. CEO representative is Harvard University graduate (12 years career), leading Japanese company NTT, NTT DATA engineer PM (25 years career), director Kokuryu is 26 years old oxford university professor doctor, 25 years old sales (3rd year of sales), The youngest person is a 23-year-old doctor (front engineer) from the University of Tokyo, and although the number of people is small, it becomes a well-balanced organization. Also Kyoto University and Osaka University. We have also accepted part-time internships from overseas university students. Team organization Since we have been focusing on the sales business of AI products for AI club activities, the team is about 6 to 8 people including part-time workers. There is also a WEB business team and a new AI business team. Working environment Of course, we are implementing WLB and telework support, but we will focus on "working reform" rather than work style reform that pursues only comfort. What do you work for? Why work? We will create a highly productive organization in which each employee becomes independent and cooperates to create a future system. In order for people to live a happy and lively life every day, we aim to provide healing, warmth, and sound to the mind, and to provide "information" that is indispensable for maintaining, improving, and preventing health in an easy-to-understand manner. Healthcare specialized curation platform Personalization with new 3D / AI database + AI / EC (e-commerce) to help those who are having trouble finding the information they need due to information overload We are fully committed to providing easy-to-understand information. New services are also under development!

Our greatest strength is the technology of "3D / AI database" that learns and personalizes various information from various angles. We will utilize this technology to expand beyond the healthcare industry. The 3D / AI database is, so to speak, "AI that forms a personality" that learns behavior patterns, behavior histories, and personalities that make up an individual's personality. This will create an "AI that knows you well". For example, when you get information when purchasing a product, you can easily trust it if it is recommended by an AI who understands your own thoughts well. I am thinking of such a mechanism. Currently, we specialize in the healthcare field, but we are considering expanding into new fields and other industries in the future because we can apply it to various fields from various angles by using the 3D / AI database. We will make AI technology and the content created from it a platform.

So the job is interesting
HOC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is original! An Osaka venture company whose domain is artificial intelligence, sports and healthcare. Based on our corporate philosophy of "creating a new culture," our mission is to create services that people around the world know, use, and are pleased with. The cutting-edge technology products of the AI club activity unit that we originally created are still breaking the new record of sales. From now on, we will expand the service more widely with technology ✖︎ ideas. "Creating a new sports culture" is the company's mission Until now, we have thoroughly planned and sold graduation albums for sports teams. About 10 years ago, even though there were school graduation albums, club activities There was no graduation album. It shaped the record of the club activities that I spent the most in my student life. Now I have delivered products to about 500 teams and 10,000 athletes. Frontier in this narrow industry However, I want to contribute more broadly and deeply to the sports world. With that in mind, when redefining the business model, there are no more options that do not face science and technology such as AI. In Japan, AI companies are still I'm sorry, but competition has already begun in the world, and Japan is in a position that is far behind, but I think it's still in time! Talented engineers gather to shape ideas derived from Japan's unique sports culture. By doing so, we should be able to realize services that will please people all over the world. Now that we are celebrating the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, I think it is time to start new business development with the theme of sports ✖️ science. We are looking for strong friends who can sympathize and join us !! Corporate Philosophy Corporate mission to create a new sports culture Sports ✖ Design ✖ Five principles that contribute to the development of the world with AI (Values) Have Fun Do you enjoy it? | Work is struggling but not painful. Let's enjoy working more than anyone else in the world. Have Passion Burning? | Passion is the weapon to aim for first-class. No growth without passion. Output Pride Are you confident? | Ability is important, but it is more important to be proud of the output. Follow the rules The rules are observable | Sports and organizations have rules, so it is interesting. Make rules according to the rules Let's go. Be Star Is it shining? | Be yourself. Let's create diversity with everyone who has a lot of individuality.

Why do you do it
Sports unconditionally immerse people. It's the same for people who are engaged in sports and those who support them. Ichiro Suzuki of the Seattle Mariners retired two years ago, but the response was tremendous and comments were received from all over the world. When I was in high school, Ichiro challenged Major League Baseball. How many hits did you hit today when you saw your cell phone at the end of club activities? I remember like yesterday that I was worried about things like that every day. And when I became an MVP in Major League Baseball and broke the hit record, I felt proud of myself as a Japanese player. From that point on, I've had the same dream. You can go and see freely without money. And it is also the attraction of sports that the whole world is done according to common rules. I have received a lot of inspiration and excitement from such sports, and from now on, I really want to prepare the future environment for Japanese sports. Also, with the rise of technologies such as AI, it is expected that people will spend less time working. I can imagine a future where I spend a lot of time managing my health and watching sports. I hope that many people will continue to take sports seriously in an era of rapid change. In addition, we will develop our business with the feeling that we will be absorbed in sports. We will create new perceptual experiences and value discoveries with technology that is unique to you that you did not know. We aim to always be close to our customers and provide them with optimized services.

■ Original experience of starting a business
The reason I first started in the healthcare field was because of the "danger of information in the health field." Although search is convenient, people are exhausted by information overload, and curated media with pre-organized information has emerged. However, most people don't even know the best information for them. In particular, health-related information can have dangerous consequences if mistaken. I want to eliminate such dangerous information and deliver the correct information properly.
We started from there. Distribute proper information in partnership with content providers, not information of unknown source. For example, men and women often have different causes of stiff shoulders, and they need different medications and remedies. The search keyword for "stiff shoulders" alone does not lead to information from a perspective that the person himself is not aware of. So we thought about how we could deliver personalized information. Isn't it possible for AI to manage a huge amount of information that can be optimized for individuals? Based on this idea, the 3D / AI database aims to build a mechanism that allows individualized recommendations.
